It's important to note that we do not offer refunds for packages that are lost, discarded, stolen, or spoiled due to a lack of timely refrigeration after delivery. These circumstances are beyond our control, and shipment insurance is not provided. Furthermore, no refund will be issued for delays caused by the courier. If the courier encounters challenges accessing your residence or building, they will decide whether to attempt delivery again the following day or deliver the package.

Refunds are not granted based on personal experiences with our products, as individual reactions can vary due to factors such as personal diet, activity level, and medical history.

However, if you receive an incorrect order, please notify us promptly so that we can address the issue. In most cases, we will offer complimentary products as a courtesy if the mistake was on our end.
